This is a great way to meet new people within the Medowie community while you are strengthening and firming your body.
Our Peak Pilates beds are the top of the line, easy to use and super comfortable.
We love our local community; we love fun and of course we love health and fitness.
What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is an exercise performed on a Reformer bed. This is a system of springs and pulleys that allows you control the challenge of the exercise.
Instructors will pace you through a range of movements. Spring tensions represent different weights with some exercises harder the heavier weights and more challenging the lighter the weight. There are variations and modifications for all movements to customise workouts based on everyone’s individual ability.
The perfect Reformer Pilates class is a full body workout which incorporates dynamic stretching
